On a night that could’ve easily been one of the worst for our family, Mark from Fred’s Towing turned it into a story of compassion and professionalism. My husband, who is paralyzed and wheelchair-bound, crashed his truck into a ditch. It was a terrifying scene — his truck was sideways, deep off the road, and we felt completely helpless.

Then Mark arrived. From the moment he got there, he handled everything with care, empathy, and skill. He didn’t just treat it like another tow job — he treated it like helping a family in need. Watching him work so calmly and respectfully while getting my husband’s truck right-side up safely was something I’ll never forget.

He showed patience, genuine kindness, and incredible professionalism the entire time. It wasn’t just about getting the truck out — it was about restoring peace of mind after a traumatic night.

Was stranded recently in the parking lot of Safeway with a car that didn't want to start. Tried to get a jump from Roadside Assistance with my insurance but car wouldn't stay running and was told I'll need to get a tow.

Called another tow company, but they didn't have the capabilities to tow car and 2 people so I was told to try Fred's.

Called Fred's and he showed up asking what was wrong with my car, told him how a couple people tried to jump start my car but it'd die immediately and he told me to try and car started up and stayed running.

AAA stated they were not able find someone to tow my 69 Camaro after already waiting an hour and a half on a late Friday afternoon. They then suggested I find my own tow company and they would reimburse me. Freds showed up within 30 minutes after I called them , loaded and transported to Extreme Motorsports in Enumclaw just at Friday night closing time allowing me to have secure inside storage over the weekend while waiting for the tranny repair. Professionalism and quick response like Fred's Towing is getting harder to find these days. I highly recommend them!!!!

At 2PM on Hwy 410 in Bonney Lake my2017 Corvette engine & electrical system failed. Called On-Star. They sent two tows. Neither could handle a Corvette. Called AAA. They could not tow a Vette. Called 4 tow companies no one would touch a Corvette. One did mention Freds Tow. By now it was 10PM, Mark at Freds said they could do the tow but said to have AAA call him to save us a lot of money. We did, it was approved. Aaron came out with the truck and took us to Gamblin Chev dodgding an Elk in the road on the way. Many thanks to Mark for making it happen when numerous tow companies refused. And thanks to Aaron for safely towing a Corvette that was beyond the skills of all the other tows that we contacted. Mark and Aaron went way beyond with customer service. Thanks.

Had my car towed do to past due tabs and car was not registered to me yet so had to raise doll and transfer it before I could go get my car and had only until 1 before price went up when I called at 1230 and found that out thank goodness then guys at Fred towing were so kind when I explained what was going on they held the price with out raising it knowing I was in line at dol..thanks guys it sure has made my day that less stressful

Was locked out of my car yesterday in the middle of a relay race near the Carbon River Ranger station. I was able to use the phone at the ranger station to call for help with a lockout. Tow truck came within a half an hour and my relay team lost little to no time at all because of this prompt response. Thanks you guys!

ust wanted to say that our son slid into a ditch -AAA initially stated that they could not help get my car out of the ditch even though we have the plus membership- I called Freds and instead of taking my money -they were very nice suggesting I try to call AAA again because they felt that it was definitely a job that AAA could and should do-AAA came through in the end and retrieved the car- but any company that is this honest gets my business and references in any future needs! I had gotten stuck at Chinook's Pass in Rainer when my car was not able to start due to a lock dependent on cellular signal. I had to fetch help from a park ranger who connected me with Freds Auto Wrecking. Tim was exceptionally congenial and helpful, towing my car down to Enumclaw, where I was able to start it again. Without his help, I might have had to stay the night in the car.
